Terms of Service

imast is an AI HR agent that helps recruiters find, evaluate, and engage candidates. We provide the software, hosting, and the integrations described on imast.ai.

We may update or improve features at any time. We will give notice for material changes that reduce existing functionality.

You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your employer.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

One person per account. Sharing logins is not permitted; invite teammates instead.

No reverse engineering, scraping the imast UI, reselling output, or using imast to harass, defraud, or discriminate.

No use that violates equal-opportunity employment law, applicable data-protection law, or any export-control or sanctions regime applicable to you.

No automated bulk outreach beyond the rate limits we publish. Misuse may result in suspension.

Start, Pro, and Enterprise plans are described on the imast.ai pricing page. Start and Pro are billed monthly via Polar.sh acting as Merchant of Record (Polar handles VAT, sales tax, and chargebacks).

You can cancel from your account settings before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Refunds are pro-rated for material outages only.

Taxes are added where required. Plan limits and overage rules are shown in your billing dashboard.

You retain all rights to the queries, pipelines, candidate annotations, and outreach drafts you create. We get only the limited license needed to operate the service.

Outreach you send via imast is your communication; you are responsible for compliance with anti-spam, opt-out, and recordkeeping requirements (CAN-SPAM, CASL, and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction).

imast uses large language models. Output may be incomplete, biased, or wrong. Treat candidate scores and drafts as suggestions, not decisions. You are responsible for any hiring action.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using the same care it uses for its own, and at minimum a reasonable standard.

imast is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Each party's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, IP infringement, or gross negligence.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate for material breach of these Terms; we will give notice and a chance to cure where reasonable.

On termination we delete or return your data per the Privacy Policy retention rules.

We may update these Terms; we will post the new effective date and email account owners about material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

The legal entity that operates imast.ai is being formalised. Until that incorporation is complete, governing-law and venue clauses are intentionally left blank in this document. None of this affects mandatory consumer-protection rights or data-protection rights available to you under your local law.
