How does imast compare to LinkedIn Recruiter?
LinkedIn Recruiter searches one network with Boolean strings and InMail credits priced per seat. imast searches public profiles across the web — LinkedIn, GitHub, personal sites, paper authorship, conference rosters — using plain-English prompts like “senior React engineer with fintech experience in Berlin.” You describe the role, the agent returns a ranked shortlist in seconds and drafts personalised outreach you can review and send. Most teams replace one LinkedIn Recruiter seat with imast Pro at a meaningful annual saving.
How is imast different from Juicebox?
Both products search public profiles with natural language. The difference is the workflow. imast is built as an agent: it researches the role, runs the search, evaluates fit against your criteria, and drafts outreach in one pass. Juicebox is search-first — you get a ranked list and move to a separate tool for engagement. Pricing is also different: imast publishes flat monthly tiers ($50 Start, $200 Pro) with no per-seat lock-in.
What counts as a “search” in imast’s pricing?
One search equals one natural-language query that returns a ranked shortlist of up to 100 candidates. Refining the same search — adding filters, narrowing location, asking the agent to find more like candidate #3 — does not consume an additional credit. Start ($50/mo) gives 25 searches; Pro ($200/mo) gives 100; Enterprise is custom.
Can I export candidates to my ATS?
Yes. imast exports a structured CSV that imports cleanly into Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or any ATS that accepts a CSV upload — including resume URL, contact info, source attribution, and search context. Direct push into Greenhouse via the Harvest API is live; native push integrations for Ashby and Lever are on the 2026 roadmap.
Is imast a replacement for our ATS?
No. imast sits upstream of your ATS, in the sourcing and pre-screening stage. We find passive candidates, evaluate fit, and draft outreach. Once a candidate engages, you push them into Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever — whatever you already run — and your existing pipeline takes over. Think of imast as the agent that fills the top of your funnel, not a system of record.
